Great Value Gold is an Internet only store, we do not carry the overheads of most traditional jewellers, therefore passing the savings onto you, the customer. We have also negotiated the very best prices from our manufacturers on some of the most popular lines of quality jewellery.
2. What is a 'Suggested Selling Price' (SSP)?
Suggested Selling Price or 'SSP' refers to the manufacturer's suggested retail value of any one product. Jewellery items are often sold on the high street well in excess of 300% of the cost price!

Great Value Gold recognises the need to offer the British public a fairer deal on high quality jewellery; we have therefore carefully selected and priced our product lines, ensuring that you get 'Great Value' for your money.
3. Why should I buy on the Internet?
Shopping at Great Value Gold saves you time and money. You can find what you are looking for from our wide selection, chat with our sales advisors online and complete your purchase without leaving your home or office.

4. What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We are proud to offer a 14 day full money back guarantee should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase (subject to Terms & Conditions).

Additionally, each item carries with it a one year's manufacturer's repair or exchange guarantee (excluding general wear and tear).
5. How do I order?
As you browse our site you can add items you wish to purchase by clicking 'Add to Shopping Cart', found on every product page within the catalogue. You can also save a product to your favourites list, and return at a later time to make your purchase.

Once you are finished adding to your shopping cart, you may View your Cart, add options such as gift wrapping, adjust the quantities of each item, then proceed to the Checkout to complete your order.

Every new customer is requested to create an account. Returning customers can simply Login.
6. How do I use my Promotional Code or E-Voucher?
If you have a discount code or e-voucher you will be asked to apply it during the checkout process. Upon application your screen will refresh and the discount will be clearly displayed.
7. How do I pay?
You will be asked to pay online via our secure payment processing system using your Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Solo or Delta*.

We are also happy to take payment via Maestro cards; to pay by Maestro, please phone 08444 141 800 to place your order.

Additionaly we also accept payments by Bank Transfer and Postal Order. To request to pay via these methods please contact us with your order requirements.
8. How do I know my transaction is secure?
Our payment processing system employs the latest industry standard encryption technology to keep our customers' personal information safe. All credit card details are encrypted using 128 bit encrypted SSL ('Secure Sockets Layer') for maximum security.
9. Am I charged a Postage & Handling fee?

We are also happy to ship to many International destinations for an additional fee (confirmed during the checkout process).

For orders up to £100 we dispatch via Royal Mail's 1st Class Standard or Recorded Delivery; otherwise via Special Delivery.

Shipping Outside UK:

For orders up to £750 we dispatch via Royal Mail's Airmail, Airsure or International Signed For; otherwise via FedEx.
10. Do you send out your jewellery in presentation boxes?
Items ordered from our site are sent as standard and at no extra cost to our customers in either:

  • an elegant presentation box (for traditional jewellery & matching sets)
  • a smart Velveteen pouch (for our ladies & mens gift ranges)
  • a simple clear case (for mobile phone charms)
  • 11. Do you gift wrap?
    Our team are happy to gift wrap many of our items available at a small additional cost - see individual product pages for more details.
    12. Do you accept orders from outside the United Kingdom?
    We are happy to ship to many International destinations for an additional fee (which is confirmed during the checkout process).

    13. How do I know if you have received my order?
    Upon completing your order online a confirmation e-mail, listing your order details, will arrive at the e-mail address you have given us.

    If for any reason this is not received then please email us directly so that we can manually email your order confirmation again.
    14. How long will my order take to be delivered?
    Every product has a 'usually dispatches within' estimate (this is also confirmed during the checkout process).

    Once Dispatched, your order delivery timescales will vary depending on the postal method used:

  • UK orders are usually then delivered next working day
  • Non-UK orders are usually then delivered within one week

  • If Your Order is Urgent please contact us to request our priority handling and guaranteed fast-tracking service.
