Additionally, each item carries with it a one year's manufacturer's repair or exchange guarantee (excluding general wear and tear).
5. How do I order? |
As you browse our site you can add items you wish to purchase by clicking 'Add to Shopping Cart', found on every product page within the catalogue. You can also save a product to your favourites list, and return at a later time to make your purchase.
Once you are finished adding to your shopping cart, you may View your Cart, add options such as gift wrapping, adjust the quantities of each item, then proceed to the Checkout to complete your order.
Every new customer is requested to create an account. Returning customers can simply Login.
6. How do I use my Promotional Code or E-Voucher? |
| If you have a discount code or e-voucher you will be asked to apply it during the checkout process. Upon application your screen will refresh and the discount will be clearly displayed.
7. How do I pay? |
You will be asked to pay online via our secure payment processing system using your Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Solo or Delta*.
We are also happy to take payment via Maestro cards; to pay by Maestro, please phone 0870 7667766 to place your order.
Additionaly we also accept payments by Bank Transfer and Postal Order, plus if above £500 by Staged Payments (installments). To request to pay via these methods please contact us with your order requirements.
8. How do I know my transaction is secure? |

For orders up to £100 we dispatch via Royal Mail's 1st Class Standard or Recorded Delivery; otherwise via Special Delivery.
Shipping Outside UK:
For orders up to £750 we dispatch via Royal Mail's Airmail, Airsure or International Signed For; otherwise via FedEex.
10. Do you send out your jewellery in presentation boxes? |
Items ordered from our site are sent as standard and at no extra cost to our customers in either:
an elegant presentation box (for traditional jewellery & matching sets)
a smart Velveteen pouch (for our ladies & mens gift ranges)
a simple clear case (for mobile phone charms)
11. Do you gift wrap? |

12. Do you accept orders from outside the United Kingdom? |
We are happy to ship to many International destinations for an additional fee (which is confirmed during the checkout process).

13. How do I know if you have received my order? |
Upon completing your order online a confirmation e-mail, listing your order details, will arrive at the e-mail address you have given us.
If for any reason this is not received then please email us directly so that we can manually email your order confirmation again.
14. How long will my order take to be delivered? |
Every product has a 'usually dispatches within' estimate (this is also confirmed during the checkout process).
Once Dispatched, your order delivery timescales will vary depending on the postal method used:
UK orders are usually then delivered next working day
Non-UK orders are usually then delivered within one week
